Abstrak

The fisheries sector represents one of Indonesia's leading potentials in supporting national economic growth, job creation, and contributing to foreign exchange through export activities. Indonesia is known as an archipelagic nation with abundant marine and fisheries resources, ranging from marine catches to aquaculture. However, this enormous potential has not been fully utilized optimally, particularly by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the fisheries sector. This mentoring is expected to encourage improvements in product quality, business legality, and competitiveness of businesses, particularly fisheries MSMEs, so they can adapt to export market demands. Furthermore, this activity also strengthens collaboration between the government, businesses, and other stakeholders in building an inclusive and sustainable export ecosystem.
