PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT ANDIARTA MUZIZAT (NINJA XPRESS) KABUPATEN BERAU
Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style and work environment on
employee performance at PT Andiarta Muzizat (Ninja Coefficient of Determination, T Test
and F Test. Research was conducted on 86 employees.
Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that Leadership Style has a positive and
significant effect on performance. This is proven by the results of the T test: t-count = 4,290
and t-table value = 1,663 with a significance value of (0.000 <0.005). So H1 is accepted.
The Work Environment partially influences positive and significant on employee
performance. Proven from t-count > t-table or 3,022 > 1,663 with a significance value
(0.000 < 0.005) So H2 is accepted. Leadership Style and Work Environment simultaneously
have a significant effect on employee performance. This is proven by the results of the F test
30.184 > 3.11. So H3 is accepted.
