PENGARUH PROFESIONALISME KARYAWAN DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT.PEGADAIAN (PERSERO) CABANG TANJUNG REDEB
Abstract
The aim of this research is to find out whether the influence of employee
professionalism and organizational commitment simultaneously influences the
performance of PT. Pegadaian Tanjung Redeb branch employees. The research
was conducted on 33 employees as respondents. The research is quantitative
research using observation and questionnaire analysis methods that use data
collection such as data collection and questionnaires.
The research results show that employee professionalism has a significant effect
on employee performance at PT Pegadaian. Organizational Commitment has a
significant effect on employee performance at PT Pegadaian. Employee
professionalism and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant
effect on employee performance at PT Pegadaian.
