PENGARUH SISTEM CASH ON DELIVERY DAN GRATIS ONGKOS KIRIM TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN ONLINE PADA MARKETPLACE TIKTOK SHOP

Abstract

The purpose of the research conducted was to determine the effect cash on delivery system and free postage upon decision online purchases at the TikTok Shop marketplace in Tanjung Redeb. The Research was conducted on 100 TikTokShop Users. Based on the research results it is know that there is a significant influence significantly between the cash on delivery system and
free shipping to online purchasing decisions on the TikTok Shop marketplace, both online and offline simultaneously or partially, thus the
hypothesis in this study accepted.
