Abstract
The purpose of the study was to determine the Effect of Job Training and Motivation on Employee Performance of PT PLN (Persero) Berau Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3). The research data comes from distributing questionnaires distributed to 61 UP3 employees at the office of PT PLN (Persero) Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3) Berau as respondents. The data were collected using a questionnaire with the analytical tools used were validity, reliability, multiple linear regression equations, t test, F test, coefficient of determination, using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) program.
