Abstract

This study intended to know and analysing by proving of effects profitability ratio, Liquidity ratio and Leverage to the accourenrce of conditions Financial Distress at Telecomunicatios company in Indonsia stock exchange. Data were analyzed with SPSS versi 21 program. The results of data analysis showed that profitability variable positive and significant effects on financial distress, liquidity variable positive and not significant effects on financial distress dan leverage variable negativee and significant effect on financial distress. Coeficient of determination 0,954 its means 95,4% variation of financial distress can be ecplained by variation from ROA, current ratio dan leverage. While the rest 4,6% ( 1 – 0,954 x 100%) effects of another factors.
