This study aims to determine the effect partially and simultaneously work discipline, work motivation and job training on the performance of the employees of the Rrepublik Indonesia television public broadcasting institution, East Kalimantan Station. This type of research is quantitative. The research period was January to July 2020. The population used was all 128 employees of East Kalimantan TVRI with a total sample size of 97. The sampling technique used probability sampling with the type of simple random sampling. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 25.00. The data test includes validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, t test and F test. The results show that there is a significant positive effect between work discipline and employee performance, there is a significant positive effect between work motivation and employee performance, there is a significant positive effect between training apes and the performance of employees of the public television broadcasting organization, Repblik Indonesia, East Kalimantan Station.
