PENGARUH MOTIF, PENGETAHUN DAN KETERAMPILAN TERHADAP KINERJA DOSEN STIE MUHAMMADIYAH TANJUNG REDEB

Abstract

This study intended to test and analyze the influence of motives, knowledge and  skills on lecturer performance. This study found that the motive has a significant effect on the performance of lecturers, knowledge has a significant effect on the performance of lecturers and skills have a significant effect on the performance of STIEM Tanjung Redeb lecturers.

This study used 21 STIEM Tanjung Redeb lecturers as respondents and used a random sampling method. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed by multiple linear regression using the Statistical Package for the Social  Sciences (SPSS)Version 25 program.
