Methods of data collection using a questionnaire distributed to employees of PT Agung Buana Rejeki as many as 85 people who were selected using probability sampling method, namely simple random sampling technique. The analytical tools used are: Validity Test, Reliability Test, Simple Linear Regression Analysis, Correlation Coefficient, Determination Coefficient, and t test.</em></p> <p><em>The results of this study concluded that work ethic has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Agung Buana Rejeki in Tanjung Redeb. This is evidenced by the results of the t-test analysis where the t-count &gt; t-table (2.232 &gt; 1.989) and the significance value is smaller than the probability value (0.028 &lt; 0.05). The results of the coefficient of determination analysis show that work ethic is only able to explain the employee performance of PT Agung Buana Rejeki in Tanjung Redeb by 5.7%, and the remaining 94.3% is explained by other factors not included in this study.</em></p> <p><em>If PT Agung Buana Rejeki wants better performance, it is recommended that the right intervention efforts be made, namely first to improve the work ethic of employees. The analytical tool used in this research is financial ratios.</p> <p>The results of this research show that in the 2020-2022 period, if measured from liquidity ratio analysis, the Current Ratio and Quick Ratio values ​​increased in 2021 and decreased in 2022, the Cash Ratio value increased every year. Judging from the solvency ratio, the Dept to Asset Ratio and Dept to Equity Ratio values ​​have decreased every year. Secondary data comes from CV Sinar Utama's sales report during 2019-2021. The analytical tools used are: normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, F test, and t test.</p> <p>This study concludes that: 1). The type of scooter motorcycle product partially has a significant effect on sales volume at CV Sinar Utama in Berau Regency. This is evidenced by the results of the t-test, where the t-count value is greater than the t-table value (1,105.888&gt; 1.692) and the significant value is smaller (0.000 &lt;0.050); 2). The type of sport motorcycle product partially has a significant effect on sales volume at CV Sinar Utama in Berau Regency. This is proven by the results of the t-test, where the calculated t value is greater than the t-table value (363.123 &gt; 1.692) and the significant value is smaller (0.000 &lt; 0.050); and 3). The type of scooter motorcycle product and the type of sport motorcycle product simultaneously have a significant effect on sales volume at CV Sinar Utama in Berau Regency. Jaccs Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Finance Indonesia, Berau Branch. The research method used is a quantitative method with Multiple Linear Regression analysis tools using SPSS 25. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that the promotion variable and the Brand Image variable have a significant positive effect on the decision to use credit services. Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect on the decision to use credit services.</p> <p>In addition, the promotion variable and the Brand Image variable each have a significant partial effect on the decision to use credit services with their respective t statistics values ​​(3.279&gt; 1.661), (3.911&gt; 1.611). The type of data in this study is quantitative data using primary data and secondary data obtained from PT Inhutani I. The samples taken are answers from questionnaires from respondents. The data analysis method used in this study was questionnaire testing carried out by validity test, reliability test and hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple linear regression equation test, coefficient of determination, t test and F test.</p> <p>Based on the results of data analysis with the help of the SPSS Version 20 program, the 3 variable results of the t test show that the training variable has an effect on employee performance, the career development variable has no effect on employee performance. While the f test obtained training and career development simultaneously affect employee performance. And the magnitude of the ability (R2) The effect of training and career development on employee performance is 36.1%. Datza were analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Model (SEM) through SmartPLS Ver. 3.2.7. The results showed that image directly positive and significant effect on loyality. The analytical tool used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression equation, the coefficient of determination,the test, and the F test.</p> <p>this study concludes that accepting the hypothesis that work motivation and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the work performance of employees at the Office of the Class I Airport Management Unit in Kalimarau Berau, as evidenced by the F-count value which is greater than the F-table value (7,648&gt; 3, 23) and the Sig. Primary data was collected through questionnaires which were distributed to 80 respondents who were outsourced employees at PT Megah Mutiara Sakti who were used as research samples. In analyzing the data using analysis tools, among others: Validity and Reliability Test, and Weighted Factor Value Method. The results of this study conclude that the total value of the weighted factor for the level of customer satisfaction for the service of Toyota CV Sumber Harapan repair shop is 3.8 and is included in the criteria N&gt; 3.Thus, the proposed research hypothesis is rejected, because it means that Toyota CV Sumber Hope has satisfied consumers.</p> <p>The results of the respondent's assessment of the questionnaire regarding the level of customer satisfaction with Toyota CV Sumber Harapan repair shop services showed a positive response consisting of 65% of the statements "Very Satisfied" and "Satisfied". The negative responses given by the respondents consisted of "Not Satisfied" (31%) and "Not Satisfied" (4%), so that if the total negative responses were only 35%.
