The sampling technique used was Purposive Sampling. This </em></p> <p><em>research was conducted on 13 coal companies listed on the Indonesia Stock </em></p> <p><em>Exchange from 2020 to 2022. The type of data used in this research is secondary </em></p> <p><em>data obtained from the website www.idx.co.id. The technique used is the </em></p> <p><em>Springate bankruptcy prediction method. The research results showed that 6 </em></p> <p><em>companies were in good condition because they had not experienced financial </em></p> <p><em>difficulties for three consecutive years. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif, penelitian ini<br>mengkaji sejauh mana prinsip transparansi, akuntabilitas, responsibilitas, independensi, serta kesetaraan<br>dan kewajaran telah diterapkan dalam perbankan syariah dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja keuangan<br>perusahaan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen keuangan dari<br>beberapa bank syariah terkemuka di Indonesia.<br>Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat penerapan GCG yang tinggi berkorelasi positif<br>dengan peningkatan kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Bank-bank yang menerapkan GCG dengan baik<br>cenderung memiliki reputasi yang lebih baik, kepercayaan yang lebih tinggi dari para stakeholder, dan<br>kinerja keuangan yang lebih stabil. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa tantangan, termasuk<br>resistensi internal terhadap perubahan dan kebutuhan untuk peningkatan kapasitas dalam pengelolaan risiko<br>dan kepatuhan.<br>Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerja keuangan, bank-bank<br>syariah di Indonesia perlu lebih mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip GCG ke dalam operasional sehari-hari<br>mereka.
